A hearty welcome to the Humanitarian Centre’s Global Health website. We hope that this site may be a valuable resource for us all, offering:
*A centralised calendar of “Global Health Events” happening in Cambridge and nearby areas,
*An accessible feed for breaking “Global Health News”
*And a directory of ”Global Health Links” to local and international organisations which promote best practice, encourage critical and innovative thinking, help develop tools for effective action in advocacy and campaigning, and proivde opportunties for involvement at all levels.
We also hope that this space will serve as a dynamic media ‘blog’ on Global Health issues in general, and in Cambridge particularly. We have an incredible team of writers and editors ready for the launch of the year to cover events, conduct interviews, and contribute opinion and research pieces–so please check this site regularly as we launch the year to be a part of the Cambridge Global Health online community.
