governance and finance

The Humanitarian Centre is governed by a Board of Trustees who are elected by the membership and drawn from a variety of backgrounds. A Members' Advisory Group provides input into their decisions, and all member organisations are invited to nominate representatives to this group.

There is a termly networking meeting, at which information on forthcoming activities will be shared, and any issues concerning the running of the Humanitarian Centre raised.

It is the goal of the Humanitarian Centre to be as open and transparent as possible in its dealings with member organisations, existing and potential partners and donors, and the general public. Minutes of meetings will be published on this page, excepting items of a sensitive nature. Recent financial updates will also be made available through this page.
